30-day return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all manuals and accessories included. Fuel and oil must be drained before a machine can travel back by freight.
How to start a return
- Email contact@craftsman-us.shop with your order number and reason for return
- We reply with an RMA number and a pickup or drop-off label
- Keep the RMA number on the outside of the crate
Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Return shipping and fees
- Defective, damaged or incorrect item: return freight is on us, full refund
- Change of mind: return freight is deducted from the refund, plus a 10% restocking fee if the machine has been run
Refunds
Once the return is inspected we approve the refund within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or financing provider.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before the freight carrier picks up the shipment. After pickup the order is treated as a return.
Exchanges
We replace items that arrive damaged or faulty with the same model. For a different model, return the original and place a new order.
Non-returnable
- Machines with more than 2 hours of run time or visible wear
- Items missing original packaging or damaged after delivery
- Consumables such as oil, blades and belts once installed
